JESC’19: Opening Ceremony Taking Place At Silesian Theatre on the 18th of November

The Silesian Theatre will host the Opening Ceremony of the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, taking place in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland this November.

The largest theatre in Gliwice-Silesia, The Silesian Theatre, will play role as the official host of the Opening Ceremony of this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest, located in Katowice and opened in 1907. The ceremony will take place on November the 18th, welcoming the 19 delegations to Poland. The broadcast will begin at 16:00 local time, via the official Junior Eurovision YouTube channel.

The ceremony is actually hosted in Katowice, which is not the host city, but features the accommodation of all of the artists participating in Junior Eurovision 2019. The venue of the official event is located at Arena Gliwice. You can watch last year’s opening ceremony here:

Junior Eurovision 2019

The 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland in Arena Gliwice after Roksana Węgiel’s victory last year with her song ‘Anyone I Want To Be’. Ninteen countries will compete in this year’s contest, they are:
